It’s our endeavor to provide you with the best customer service possible; hence, we permit only the first exchange request. Items must be in original condition with their original packing and complete video of unboxing. Please inform us within 24 hours for a replacement.

Please note that a lot of detailing and hard work goes in making each single piece by our team members. As a company policy, we do not provide refund on any product sold. Once the Product is sold, it can be exchanged only once for replacement, and you have to inform us within 24 hours; otherwise, the goods will be considered sold and no further request will be entertained (provided the aforementioned terms and conditions are met). We do not offer merchandise exchanges and/or returns on orders shipped internationally. 

All sales on customized orders are final and cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.

rangolimart.com reserves all rights to inspect the condition of the product before processing any returns or exchanges. As a company policy we do not provide refunds on any product sold. DAMAGED PRODUCTS

What if I have received the product in damaged condition?

If you have received the Product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person or Intimate us of the product. ‘Damage’ does not include any issue with the product pertaining to the style/design of the product purchased.

DUTIES AND TAXES

rangolimart.com will deliver your product(s) from our registered office in India to your provided shipping address. Due to the nature of international shipping, occasionally a customer may have to pay additional import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The large majority of orders will not have to pay any additional fees. However, we are unable to calculate when and how much these infrequent customs duty charges will be levied. In the case where additional customs charges are assessed, you will be responsible for paying these additional fees. rangolimart.com takes no responsibility for non-delivery of orders in case such taxes and duties are not accepted and settled by the recipient at the delivery address, and will not provide any refunds in such cases.
